injuries

Injuries in golf are mainly in the upper body.  The most common injuries is back pain along with sprain injuries in the wrist, elbows and shoulders. Golfer’s elbow, medial epicondylitis, is when swelling is formed in the periosteum on the inside of the elbow on the upper arm bone, but  to get rid of it you’ll just have to rest and try to avoid movements that irritate that area.

good and bad impacts

The good thing about golf is that everybody can play it but of course it’s always better to be in good shape. In golf the mental side matters a lot because it doesn’t help to nail the ball, but you have to aim where you want the ball to go. If a golfer starts losing his concentration he has to be strong enough to pick it up again. In golf you spend a lot of time walking between places and than the golfer has keep his concentration otherwise everything will go the worst way. In golf people try to do thing so many times that they won’t do it wrong, but by doing the same thing so many times you are sending your brain message how you always want to do it.

equipment

Players have to wear tidy clothing, shoes, different clubs, balls, tee and a bag under all this stuff. These things are the basic stuff you need but of course there are a lot of extra things that can help you get better.
